This week I headed to Woodley Precinct in Stockport to speak to Jamie Toland, the manager of Taylor’s Fish and Chips.
Jamie won Employee of the Year at last week’s National Fish and Chip Awards.
He was a fantastic interview and spoke with a lot of pride about his work. He also cooks a magnificent fish and chips!
